STATE POLICE

n Joseph J. Turley, 51 of Albany, was arrested Oct. 9 at 7:54 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n John M. Daly, 36 of Prattsville, was arrested Oct. 10 at 9:05 p.m. in Ashland and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the last 10 years, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Corey R. Benson, 31 of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 11 at 2:03 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated per se, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jerry P. Santiago, 38 of Coxsackie, was arrested Oct. 12 at 10:32 a.m. in Catskill and charged with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband, a class D felony. He was released to a third party.

n Christopher A. Bell, 53 of Coxsackie, was arrested Oct. 12 at 10:08 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first degree possession of dangerous criminal contraband, a class D felony. He was released to a third party.

n Alyssa L. Montalvo, 29 of Saugerties, was arrested Oct. 12 at 9:30 a.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated while a child, a class E felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ian D. McIntosh, 33 of Lafargeville, was arrested Oct. 12 at 11:22 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying the court, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on cash bail.

n Elijah D. Jenkins, 29 of Acra, was arrested Oct. 13 at 11:10 a.m. in Cairo and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joshua L. Kotze, 36 of Cairo, was arrested Oct. 14 at 12:44 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with no prior, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lewis C. Thomas, 40 of Troy, was arrested Oct. 14 at 10:18 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with 10 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with intent to sell, a class B felony; and criminal possession of narcotics, a class B felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kyle J. Weiss, 24 of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 16 at 1:22 a.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle with alcohol, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08, all unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lindsay M. Wayman, 28 of New York, was arrested Oct. 16 at 2:41 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lionel L. Rushford, 46 of South Cairo, was arrested Oct. 15 at 1:15 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of property over $1,000, a class E felony. He is being held.

n John P. Cartularo, 42 of Taghkanic, was arrested Oct. 16 at 9:39 p.m.. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Scott D. Evans, 48 of Croton, was arrested Oct. 17 at 12:56 a.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joseph Helmedach, 48 of Acra, was arrested Oct. 17 at 2:46 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n An 18-year-old Male of Coxsackie was arrested Oct. 17 at 6:14 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony; second degree menacing with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with the intent to use it, both class a misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Alejandra C. De Baca, 40 of Park City, Utah, was arrested Oct. 17 at 2:29 a.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Scott P. Hapeman, 50 of Hudson, was arrested Oct. 17 at 2:27 a.m. in Catskill and charged with the manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a class D felony. He is being held.

n Brad R. Hapeman, 48 of Hudson, was arrested in Oct. 17 at 2:16 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a class D felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with the intent to sell, a class B felony; and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), a class A misdemeanor. He is being held.

CATSKILL POLICE

n Brad R. Hapeman, 48 of Hudson, was arrested Oct. 7 at 1:38 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with intent to sell, a class B felony; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; third-degree criminal possession of narcotics, a class B felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned and remanded to Greene County Jail.

n An unidentified person was arrested Oct. 8 at 4:58 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and the operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. Their arrestee status is unknown.

n An unidentified person was arrested Oct. 9 at 10:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the operative of a motor vehicle with suspended registration, both unclassified misdemeanors. Their arrestee status is unknown.
