n Mansa L. Wilkerson, 45, of Albany, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. Dec. 27 in New Baltimore and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and parking in a handicapped space, an infraction. He was held.

n Jason T. Pallay, 34, of Matamoras, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. Dec. 28 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% with a prior conviction, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; failing to dim his headlights, moving from a lane unsafely, crossing road hazard markings, driving on shoulders, driving while using a portable electronic device and using an illegal signal, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Sandeep Sapkota, 29, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 28 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Stephanie J. Fisher, 58, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. Dec. 27 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mark J. Deso, 27, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Dec. 28 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of a bail bond.

n Scott A. Scrodin, 23, of Germantown, was arrested at 4:39 a.m. Dec. 28 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n An 18-year-old male, of Athens, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Dec. 29 in Athens and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jessica Ortiz, 27, of Huntington Station, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. Dec. 29 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband to prison and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kevin A. Thompson, 24, of Manalapan, New Jersey, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Dec. 30 in Ashland and charged with operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Daysen J. South, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. Dec. 30 in Catskill and charged with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sex act with victim under the age of 15, both class D felonies; second-degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor, a class E felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Thomas A. Kearney, 38, of Greenville, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Dec. 30 in Athens and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of cocaine, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.
