n Frances Watkins, 32, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. Jan. 11 in Taghkanic and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
n James P. Charron, 21, of Philmont, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. Jan. 12 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotics, a class C felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. n Jamal Day. 19, of Albany, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Jan. 12 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Jahniah N. Aunchman, 19, of Albany, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Jan. 12 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of cocaine, a class D felony. She was released on her own recognizance.
