n M.D. Rahman, 36, of the Bronx, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. May 19 in Ghent and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n An unnamed 17-year-old male of Philmont was arrested at 8 p.m. May 20 in Philmont and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor.
n Richard H. Goodrich, 68, of Ghent, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. May 22 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Christopher W. McCaul, 40, of Claverack, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. May 23 in Claverack and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree rape, a class B felony; forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree burglary, a class B felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
