n Roger V. Albright, 60, of Craryville, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21 in Livingston and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Haliday H. Werner, 40, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Dec. 21 in New Lebanon and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.
n Richard R. Dalzell, 37, of Copake, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Dec. 22 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
