n Andrea Nussinow, 57, of Tivoli, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. March 17 in Clermont and charged with 35 counts of torturing/injuring/not feeding an animal, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.
n James F. McComish, 58, of Ancram, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. March 17 in Ancram and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Devon M. Walker, 20, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. March 17 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Lisa M. Risch, 50, of Philmont, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. March 23 in Hudson and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
