CATSKILL — Janay Brantley scored 31 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and had six steals to spark Catskill to a 62-56 Patroon Conference girls basketball victory over Greenville on Tuesday.

The Cats led 21-13 after one quarter, 30-24 at halftime and 44-36 through three quarters. Greenville got to within 56-51 in the closing minutes, but four clutch free throws by Brantley and two more by Sara Leipman sealed the deal for Catskill.

Leipman, Aizlyn O’Connell and Kiana Salierno all scored eight points for Catskill. Hannah Konsul had 13 rebounds and four assists.

Bella Trostle had a strong game for Greenville, scoring a game-high 33 points. Molly SanEmeterio added seven.

CHATHAM — Hannah Taylor scored 28 points to lead Chatham to a 66-63 victory over Rensselaer in Tuesday’s Patroon Conference girls basketball game.

Chatham led 15-13 and 35-28 at the end of the first two quarters, but Rensselaer seized a 53-44 advantage with a quarter to play, thanks to a 25-9 third-quarter run. The Panthers went on to outscore the Rams 22-10 in the final stanza to earn the victory.

Hailey Cascioli and Paige Eaton each had 14 points for Chatham.

Mechelle Cancer’s 25 points topped Rensselaer. Arianna Vogel had 13 and Jordan Van Wie 11.

Ichabod Crane 70, Lansingburgh 51

LANSINGBURGH — A day after scoring 41 points and hitting nine three-pointers, Madie Graham came back with a 31-point performance with eight three-pointers to help Ichabod Crane take down Lansingburgh, 70-51, in Colonial Council girls basketball action on Tuesday.

Graham has now scored 72 points and hit 17 three-pointers in her past two games.

Abigail Dolge added 18 points to the Riders’ cause. Ashley Ames had nine.

Autumn Anderson paced Lansingburgh with 31 points. Paulina Siritori contributed 11.

The Riders built quarterly leads of 27-20, 50-28 and 64-35.

GERMANTOWN — Jen Ljutich scored more than half of Germantown’s points in the Clippers’ 39-29 Central Hudson Valley League girls basketball victory over Heatly on Tuesday.

Ljutich finished with 20 points for the Clippers, who held quarterly leads of 12-5, 21-13 and 30-20.

Kierra Hope and Jordan Ries both scored 10 points for the Hornets.

VALATIE — Isaiah Knight and Kobi Wallace combined for 40 points as Lansingburgh defeated Ichabod Crane, 73-51, in Tuesday’s Colonial Council boys basketball game.

Knight and Wallace each had 20 points for the Knights.

Brett Richards led Ichabod Crane with 23 points. Ed Ogden added 11.

Lansingburgh led 18-11 after one quarter, 29-27 at halftime and 56-39 after three.

GERMANTOWN — Bryan Bathrick’s 28 points highlighted Germantown’s 79-15 Central Hudson Valley League boys basketball victory over Heatly on Tuesday.

Germantown jumped out to a 25-2 lead after one quarter and never looked back. they were up 45-5 at halftime and 70-11 through three quarters.

Robbie Eaton had 10 points for the Clippers, who had 11 players reach the scoring column. Rece Rifenburgh added eight.

Evan Boodrow, Aidan Diaz and Chayton Sagendorf all had four points for Heatly.

EAST GREENBUSH — Michael Jubie fired a 688 triple and Nick Place added a 681 as Catskill won the Patroon Conference bowling championship with a 4-1 victory over Maple Hill on Tuesday.

The Cats are a perfect 14-0 in the league and Maple Hill is 12-2

Jubie rolled games of 207, 204 and 277 for the Cats. Place hit a 190, 235 and 256. David Whittaker contributed a 222-567.

Shawn Miller led Maple Hill with a 255-582. Kevin Ackerman added a 225-559 and Austin Smith chipped in with a 191-550.

Catskill tossed games of 1,036, 1,109 and 1,174 for a total pinfall of 3,319. Maple Hill responded with 1,160, 1,066 and 926 for 3,152.

Hudson 5, Cairo-Durham 0

CATSKILL — Matt Bowes rolled a 646 triple with a high game of 241 to lead Hudson past Cairo-Durham, 5-0, in Tuesday’s Patroon Conference bowling match.

Bowes also had games of 185 and 220 for the Bluehawks (7-7, 39-31). Zach Porreca added a 210-579.

Phil Decker’s 615 (209, 213, 193) led Cairo-Durham.

Hudson had games of 973, 834 and 933 for 2,730, while Cairo-Durham had 779, 811 and 774 for 2,364.

Chatham 5, Rensselaer 0

EAST GREENBUSH — Chatham finished up the Patroon Conference bowling season on a high note, handing Rensselaer a 5-0 setback on Tuesday.

Chatham’s final regular season record is 10-4, 47-23 in overall points.

LJ Morse spun a 214-564 for the Panthers. Andrew Duso added a 189-545, Tyler Beaudry a 206-508 and Mikey Morse a 181 single.

Tim Foust paced the rams with a 186-510. Andrew Dore added a 153-441.

Chatham had games of 840, 1,043 and 887 for 2,770, Rensselaer had 815, 763, 766 and 2,344.
