Copake Lake Realty welcomes new agent

CRARYVILLE - Copake Lake Realty Corp. (CLR) welcome Randee Stypulkowski as its newest Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Stypulkowski, who has been a 20+ year second home owner at Copake Lake, has recently made this her permanent residence.

Commenting on Stypulkowski joining the CLR team, Lindsay LeBrecht, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of Copake Lake Realty, said, “We are pleased to welcome Randee to our growing agency. We have been expanding our footprint and our capabilities and I’m happy that we have a larger team to service our buyers and sellers. ”

Stypulkowski commented, “My past experiences include managing a team of professionals who provided Business Services for a global financial services firm. But, real estate has always been a passion of mine and I am excited to make this my full time career. I understand the importance of building relationships and providing laser-focused customer service. Utilizing these skills combined with the love of ‘home’ I am confident in my ability to find buyers their perfect place.”

CLR also announced that Lindsay LeBrecht has been awarded the GRI designation by the New York State REALTOR® Institute. LeBrecht received this honor after successfully completing 90 hours of residential real estate education meeting the rigorous standards established by the National Association of REALTORS. The GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), is conferred upon REALTORS who successfully complete all the requirements of the Institute program, which is a comprehensive and effective learning experience covering various phases of real estate. Graduates become more competent professionals, render broader and more effective service, and elevate the standards of the industry.
