Responding to a previous letter

1-Gas prices significantly down now, as low as $2.79 a gallon in parts.

2-Inflation down as well in the last 6 months, from 9% to 6% and continuing downward.

3-Border control, illegal aliens, & drug trafficking all have been tough issues to manage for decades. Only Jeff Sessions, under Trump handled this with his cruelty, separating families, caging their small children in the most horrid conditions and providing no documentation or record keeping with which to reunite them. This is not immigration management, this is child abuse of the highest order!

Only the Dems under Pres. Truman initiated a war on drugs in cooperation with the Mexican Govt., stemming the activities of the cartels &reducing local drug trade & trafficking. It was under O’bama’s watch that drug lord, El Chapo was captured & with the help of a US Attorney’s office that drug dealers, the Flores twins from Chicago’s West Side, & part of the Sinaloa Cartel, when discovered they were smuggling massive amounts of drugs here via underground caves connecting Mexico to the Calif. border. Just recently, ElChapo’s son was also recaptured.

The US could do even more to ameliorate trafficking by eradicating poverty here. Uneven (and unfair) distribution of wealth. Raising min.wage would help a lot!
