Josephine L. Graham

Graham

Josephine L. Graham, 90, of South Cairo passed away on November 8, 2020.

She was born and raised in Catskill, a daughter of the late John Baptiste and Louise Desco Petrianni. Josephine was a graduate of St. Patrick’s Academy. Over the years she worked the front desk at her son, Jack’s, and daughter Tamara’s chiropractic offices.

Loving mother of Dr. John “Jack” Graham III of Dubai, Dr. Gary Graham (Tina) of New Hampshire and Dr. Tamara Graham Heidenberg (Glen) of S. Cairo; grandmother of Daniel and Ariel Graham, Jennifer Graham, Linzi Graham Holmes (Baxter), Kai, Troy and Breck Heidenberg. Sister of the late Salvatore A. Petrianni, Sr., Carol Gabrielle, Nicholas Petrianni, Stephen Petrianni, John Petrianni, and Stephen Paul Petrianni; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Josephine was predeceased by John Graham, Jr.

Josephine was always a great listener, cautious with her advice, and allowed her children to make their own decisions. She would encourage any endeavor and was often their personal cheerleader. She devoted this same care to her grandchildren and looked forward to their visits. Josephine had a sweet smile and a contagious laugh that everyone loved to hear. She was Tamara’s best friend and cooking instructor, always applauding every meal regardless of the outcome. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Her funeral and interment will be private. Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Hgts., Catskill.

In lieu of flowers, Josephine would have appreciated for you to say a prayer for her or have a Mass offered at your parish.
