Florence D. Pagliuca

Florence D. Pagliuca, 77, of Purling, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020. at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, December 7, 1942, she is the daughter of the late Charles and Louise (Curd) Langdon.

Flo was an extraordinary woman who was loved by many. She had a love for traveling, her family and her partner, Johnny. Flo worked endlessly for the Greene County Women’s League since 1983 helping cancer patients in her County for a disease which eventually took her too soon from us. She was especially instrumental in organizing the League’s annual luncheon for over 30 years.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Elia “Al” Pagliuca in 1995. She was also pre-deceased by her brother, Charles Langdon, Jr. and her sister, Lois Langdon.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Lance and Tara Pagliuca; one sister, Catherine Damato and her husband John; three grandchildren, Ariana Pagliuca and her fiancé, Brandon Paniccia, Skylar Pagliuca, and Alilynn Pagliuca: two nieces, Dawn Damato and Debra Bottali; one great-nephew, Nicholas Antonelli, and one great-niece, Fallon Bottali. She is also survived by her devoted partner, Johnny Kirrane.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Heights, Catskill. Masks and social distancing will be required. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church of Cairo. The Rite of Committal will follow at the family plot of the Round Top Cemetery. Donations in Flo’s memory may be made to the Greene County Women’s League, P.O. Box 341, Round Top, NY 12473.
