Florence C. Roeben, age 86 years, passed away on July 28, 2022, in Amsterdam, New York.
Florence was born on September 29, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y. and is the daughter of the late Ellsworth and Anna (Rauth) Williams.
Survivors include her children Cynthia Harvey, Walter Roeben and Kathleen Guilder, grandchildren Frank DiCarlo, Joellen Roeben, Isaac Bluschke, Tavia Hoover and Carrie Hurd and her great grandchildren Jocelyn, Jalianna, Francis, Emma , Brianna, Cameron, Azalea, Caylee and Haylee.
Florence enjoyed and loved spending time with her family.
Florence enjoyed her years that she spent at The Athens Senior Apartments where she made many friends. She would attend lunch regularly at The Athens Senior Center.
Visitation will be held at Richards Funeral Home, 28 North Vernon Street, Athens, New York, 12015, on Tuesday, August 9, 2022from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 Noon, with services being held at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
Inurnment will follow in the family plot of The Colleburgh Cemetery, Athens, New York.
Arrangements are under the direction of Richards Funeral Home, 28 N. Vernon Street, Athens, New York, 12015.
