In loving memory of Edwin Stephen Young. September 2, 1935-May 25th, 2021.
Catskill, New York - Edwin S. Young of Catskill , New York passed away on the evening of May 25, 2021 at the Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson New York.
He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, son of Edward Young and Evelyn Young (Stevens).
Edwin lived most of his life in Catskill, New York and retired after 35 years from his contracting business (Young Contracting).
He was a fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. He also loved playing golf.
Edwin cherished being outdoors, doing landscaping and gardening. He loved his fruit trees most of all.
He is survived by his wife Barbara of 64 years, his sons Edwin Young Jr. (Cindy), Glenn Young (Kristen), his sisters Patricia Keller (Robert), Dory Geppi (Steve), and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held by his family.
