Catherine P. Arsenault

Catherine P. Arsenault, 76, of Ghent passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Columbia Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with COVID-19.

Born in Dannemora, NY, on January 30, 1944, she was a retired Secretary from Green Haven Correctional Facility in Stormville, NY. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the Eastern Star, President of CSEA, Gathering of the Tribes, Chatham/Ghent Seniors and St. James Catholic Church of Chatham, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Arsenault; parents, Raymond and Cecile Briere Pike; siblings, Betty Miner and William Pike. She is survived by her three children; Raymond M. Trigger and his wife Rhonda, Stacey Trigger Brian and Tracey Trigger King and her husband Brian; two siblings, MaryJane Tersigni and Thomas Pike and wife Debi; four grandchildren, David M. Brian and Amanda Brian, Michelle Hurtienne Sampson and husband Tyler and Aubrey King; four great-grandchildren; her companion Leslie Wescott and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their thanks and gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Columbia Memorial Hospital ICU for the compassionate care they provided.
