STATE POLICE

Lance G. Molter, 31, of Durham, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. May 24 in Durham and charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle when the license/registration was suspended, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and reckless driving, all unclassified misdemeanors. Molter’s current arrestee status is unknown.

Ivonne Vazquez, 41, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. May 25 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Vazquez’s current arrestee status is unknown.

Charles E. Seymour, 24, of Durham, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. May 25 in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Paul J. McKenna, 46, of Jewett, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. May 25 in Hunter and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; an equipment violation of failing to dim lights and a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, both infractions. He was held on $750 cash bail.

Nicholas A. Duffy-Godwin, 19, of Saugerties, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. May 25 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Michael A. Johnson, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. May 26 in Cairo and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Travis T. Dyer, 25, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. May 27 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within in 10 years, all class E felonies; and using another vehicle without an interlock, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

Craig Peterson, 57, of Bronx, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. May 27 in Cairo and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Eugene S. Cobbins, 36, of South Cairo, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. May 27 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held on cash bail.

Clayton H. Wheatley, 44, of Gloversville, was arrested at 6 p.m. May 27 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property of a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

Christopher B. Perrigo, 28, of Coeymans Hollow, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. May 27 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of a marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
