STATE POLICE

Carl T. Sturner, 33, of Earlton, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. April 4 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Robert M. Kowlaski, 50, of Spotswood, New Jersey, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. April 6 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was held on cash bail.

Michelle L. Moskaluk, 28, of Hollowville, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. April 8 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Donald J, Raymond, 57, of Atlantic High, New Jersey, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. April 8 in Hunter and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense, endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

Robert L. Cox, 32, of Brisbane, California, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. April 8 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses.

Cord P. Fleurent, 26, of East Durham, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. April 9 in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Janine M. Bennett, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Ernest W. Clark, 32, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. April 10 and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. It is unknown where the arrest took place and what Clark’s current arrestee status is.

William P. Rogers, 34, of Athens, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. April 10 in Athens and charged with theft of services, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Steven O’Toole, 23, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. April 10 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree stalking: initiating communication, a class B misdemeanor and second-degree harassment, a violation. O’Toole’s current arrestee status is unknown.

Chad C. McCoy, 44, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. April 10 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Krista L. Verga, 25, of Durham, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. April 11 in Durham and charged with second-degree governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jessica L. Polacek, 29, of Saint Johnsville, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. April 11 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Jared D. Hoose, 32, of Ravena, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. April 7 in Bethlehem and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, a motor vehicle violation of not having a license and third-degree facilitated aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both infractions. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Alisha L. Cooper, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. April 9 in Coeymans and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense, first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, both class A misdemeanors. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

CATSKILL POLICE DEPARTMENT

Silvana Sherman, 39, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. April 3 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Meyer E. Meyerson, 35, of Athens, was arrested at 9:58 a.m. April 5 in Catskill and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor and using a leased, rented or loaned vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Patrick J. Maurer, 18, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. April 6 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Ishmael Pedro Febres, 39, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. In Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor. He has a court date for May 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Ashley M. Rippey, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. April 8 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. She has a court date set for May 10 at 9;30 a.m.

Scott J. Stisi Jr., 25, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Ian C. Haberman, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 bail or $2,5000 bond.

Christopher M. Sheroka, 28, of Schenectady, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned and later released on $200 bail.

Lawrence E. Currin, Jr., 36, of Schenectady, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors He was arraigned and later released on $200 bail.
