Shane Bremiller, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. May 16 in Catskill and charged with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was held.

Leonid Simakovsky, 51, of Onteora Park, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. May 16 in Hunter and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Raymond M. Krom, 25, of Malden, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. May 17 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Brian M. Palmer, 23, of Acra, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. May 17 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Christina M. Bucci, 35, of Purling, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. May 17 in Cairo and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving while ability impaired with alcohol, an infraction. She was held on cash bail.

Katie Reynolds, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 8 a.m. May 19 in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Reynolds’ arrestee status was not reported.

Nicholas A. Deorio, 23, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. May 19 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Danyelle M. Sitterly, 19, of Johnstown, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. May 19 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Conor T. Moan, 19, of Greenville, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. May 19 in Durham and charged with second-degree rape with an actor 18 or older and victim under 15, a class D felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Daniel R. Pilatich, 19, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. May 20 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Mariah A. Justiniano, 19, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. May 20 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree introducing of contraband into prison, both class A misdemeanors and violating public health laws, a violation. She was held on cash bail.

Holly M. Lawrence, 33, of East Durham, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. May 20 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Karen E. Ada, 52, of Theresa, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. May 21 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: Per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Kyle W. Veverka, 26, of South Cairo, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. May 22 in Cairo and charged with aggravated criminal contempt by violating an order of protection and recklessly causing physical injury, a class D felony; third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, all class A misdemeanors. He was held on $5,000 cash bail.

Luis Foster, 27, of Earlton, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. May 22 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order and second-degree aggravated harassment by communicating a threat, both class A misdemeanors. He was held on $2,500 bail.

George Higgins, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. May 22 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and third-degree facilitated aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, an infraction.

Jason W. Epstein, 36, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. May 23 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held on cash bail.

Adam C. Brown, 32, of South Cairo, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. May 24 in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Lacie M. Sapcoe, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. May 16 in Bethlehem and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for alate court date.

Anshul Gupta, 53, of Hackettstown, New Jersey, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. May 17 in Coeymans and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Taylar J. Malone, 23, of Edgewater, New Jersey, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. May 17 in Coeymans and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Brittany S. Lavalley, 27, of Freehold, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. May 19 in Schodack and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Christiana, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. May 21 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

CATSKILL POLICE

Jason Whitcomb, 28, of Jewett, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. May 18 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for 1 p.m.

Elizabeth Sarnowski, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. May 18 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for 1 p.m.

Robert D. Raffiani, 52, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. May 21 in Catskill and charged with disobeying Judiciary Law 753A-2, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 bail or $2,500 bond.
