n Christopher L. Cohen, 47, of Watervliet, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Jan. 15 in Greenville and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Nathan Spencer, 20, of Wallkill, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 17 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
