STATE POLICE

Karl A. Hinkel, 60, of Catskill, was arrested at 1 p.m. May 10 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Angelo R. Paradiso, 23, of Palenville, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. May 11 in Cairo and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors. Paradiso’s arrestee status was not reported.

Desirae N. Bernard, 21, of Athens, was arrested at 1 p.m. May 11 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Vincent Djaha, 67, of Preston Hollow, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. May 11 in Greenville and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Earl A. Stephens, 53, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. May 11 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

Morris J. Cochrane, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. May 13 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with less than 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Matthew Ray, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. May 14 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Samantha C. McArthur, 23, of Cairo, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. May 14 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Kareem J. Graham, 45, of Schenectady, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. May 14 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband in prison, a class A misdemeanor; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. He was held.

Marshay L. Small, 44, of Schenectady, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. May 14 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband in prison, second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. Small’s arrestee status is unknown.

Michael A. Notarnicola, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. May 15 in Ulster and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with stimulants, a class C felony; three counts of manufacturing drug related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, an infraction. He was held.

Amber R. Gwin, 30, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. May 15 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Glen R. Burke, 47, of Granville, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. May 10 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in 10 years and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se one prior, both class E felonies; an equipment violation of stop lights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, both infractions. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Mariano Calixto, 51, of Selkirk, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. May 11 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; an equipment violation of having an illegal head lamp, moving from a lane in an unsafe manner and driving on the shoulders/slopes, all infractions. He was released on his recognizance.

Jacquan J. Coleman, 21, of New York, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. May 11 in Coeymans and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; a speeding violation of speeding in a work zone, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, and two equipment violations of broken safety glass, all infractions. She was held.

CATSKILL POLICE DEPARTMENT

Aleem Seechan, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. May 11 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for June 1 at 4 p.m.

Jason S. Pincous, 47, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. May 11 in Catskill and charged with a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. He had a court date set for May 25 at 1 p.m.

Susan L. Lamont, 42, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. May 12 in Catskill and charged with second-degree perjury, a class E felony. She had a court date set for May 25 at 1 p.m.

Robert J. Wagner, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. May 14 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for May 25 at 1 p.m.

Kyle J. Andrews, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. May 14 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for June 1 at 4 p.m.
