n Tai Hjon K. Branch, 22, of East Chatham, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Jan. 13 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael G. White, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 a.m. Jan. 14 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Todd R. Luther, 57, of Ravena, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 14 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell and criminal possession of narcotics, both class B felonies, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Michael H. Holdridge, 39, of Windham, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Jan. 14 in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Randolf M. Diaz, 56, of Whitestone, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. Jan. 14 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Angelo R. Chambers, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Jan. 15 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Nfn Nankishore, 33, of Athens, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. Jan. 15 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Michael W. Carr, 34, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Jan. 16 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. His arrestee status was unknown.

n Matthew G. Smith, 26, of Elizaville, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Jan. 17 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jose A. Dizzine, 31, of Elsmford, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. Jan. 16 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated and operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Christopher D. Gere, 28, of South Cairo, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Jan. 13 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol, both unclassified misdemeanors; changing lanes when it is hazardous, failure to keep right and not wearing a seat belt, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Andre C. Reinisch, 51, of Leeds, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 10 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Michael S. Cahill, 56, of Albany, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Jan. 8 in New Baltimore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and failure to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.
