STATE POLICE

Jonathan P. Roberson, 30, of Hunter, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. May 2 in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a motor vehicle violation of having no license, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Joseph Ferro, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 6 p.m. May 2 in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony; fifth-degree arson with intent to damage property and second-degree aggravated harassment with a threat, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

Michael A. Glover, 35, of Palenville, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. May 3 in Catskill and charged with false personation, a class B misdemeanor; and being an out-of-state fugitive from justice, category 9 law. He was held.

Christopher S. Rambo, 19, of Catskill, was arrested at 4 p.m. May 6 in Rochester and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; and endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Rambo’s arrestee status is currently unknown.

Augustus Skinner, 47, of Gilboa, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. May 6 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tanisha T. Pitter, 38, of Gilboa, was arrested at 2 a.m. May 7 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; failure to use a designated lane, failure to use signal lights, failure to stop a stop sign and stopping, standing or parking on a highway, all infractions. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Cody R. Speed, 25, of Acra, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. May 7 in Cairo and charged with third-degree burglary: Illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. He was held.

George H. Winegard, 44, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. May 8 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Adam J. Moon, 26, of Ghent, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. May 9 in Athens charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Robert E. Clark, 49, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. May 9 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Adriane J. Dufkin, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. May 10 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a motor vehicle violation of having no license, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Stephen A. Robinson, 37, of Utica, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. May 7 in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree trademark counterfeiting, class E felonies; and two counts of third-degree trademark counterfeiting, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

Cory Robinson, 41, of Utica, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. May 7 in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree trademark counterfeiting, a class E felony; and two counts of third-degree trademark counterfeiting, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

CATSKILL POLICE

Ashley Roshaun, 33, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. May 1 in Catskill and charged with violating probation, a class E felony. She was taken to the state parole office on its warrant.

Jeremy C. Becker, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. May 1 in Catskill and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Jamie Young, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. May 2 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors; and first-time offenses. He was arraigned.

Kyle A. Maginelli, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. May 2 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and second-degree menacing, both class A misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Ian J. Shaham, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. May 5 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He has a court date set for May 25 at 1 p.m.
