n Maria F. Ciampa, 56, of Athens, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. March 15 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n An 18-year-old female of Catskill was arrested at 8:33 a.m. March 16 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jennifer R. Pascuzzi, 36, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. March 17 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. Her arrestee status was unknown.

n Jessica M. Brown, 32, of Ravena, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. March 16 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Javier E. Marte Soriano, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. March 16 in Athens and charged with second-degree forgery, a class D felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Tiffany D. Shaw, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. March 15 in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Christopher Jenkins, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. March 17 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Antonio M. Fisher, 49, of Castleton, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. March 8 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Kevin G. Cohane, 59, of Windham, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. March 17 in Jewett and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Bonneau, 33, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. March 18 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors, and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Katherine Ross, 62, of Sleepy Hollow, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. March 18 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Brian J. Neville, 24, of Purling, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. March 18 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n John D. Shafer, 28, of South Cairo, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. March 17 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors; unsafe turn signal/failure to signal and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile telephone, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Marc A. Mizzell Jr., 22, of Freehold, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. March 16 in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Korey E. Taylor, 22, of Saugerties, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. March 16 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, all class A misdemeanors; and speeding and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, both infractions. He was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
