n Richard G. Bidwell, 53, of Ravena, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Nov. 11 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Jordan K. Davis, 37, of Philmont, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Nov. 12 in Athens and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Reginald S. Scanlebury, 32, of Athens, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Nov. 12 in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell and criminal possession of narcotics, both class B felonies, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Stuart A. Klein, 33, of Red Hook, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Nov. 13 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both with prior convictions and classified as class E felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Deandre J. Scott, 32, of Mount Vernon, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 12 in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Ashley C. Ether, 33, of Acra, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 13 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.
n Derek C. Apa, 42, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Nov. 13 in Athens and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Kolleen E. Cormie, 30, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10 p.m. Nov. 14 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Deven B. Hotaling, 21, of Philmont, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Nov. 15 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; aggravated family offense, a class E felony; second-degree menacing, criminal mischief, second-degree aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Harry F. Lockwood, 19, of Glenwood, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 9 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
n Matthew C. Rivenburg, 37, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. Nov. 6 in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; refusal to take a breathalyzer and unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.
