n Pamela T. Derosiers, 60, of Cornwallville, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. April 27 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

n Marvin D. Tefft, 63, of Athens, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. April 28 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Darren H. Larose, 32, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. April 27 in Greenville and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Justin F. Carrasco, 29, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. April 27 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Catherine A. Hulsen, 50, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. April 28 in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Her arrestee status is unknown.

n John P. Hulsen, 59, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. April 28 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
