Guthrie, 31, of Earlton, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Nov. 26 in Coxsackie and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both with prior convictions and classified as class E felonies; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and aggravated DWI with a child, both class E felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joel R. Lahey, 56, of Round Top, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Nov. 26 in New Paltz and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Yankuba Mbye, 20, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. Nov. 26 in Athens and charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jamie R. Garcia, 30, of Ghent, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. Nov. 27 in Cairo and charged with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Steven R. Deck, 40, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Nov. 28 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Breyana L. Mingo, 20, of Wallingford, Connecticut, was arrested at 3:17 a.m. Nov. 29 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Richard D. Roberti, 71, of Lanesville, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Nov. 28 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Maria A. Uvino, 29, of Freehold, was arrested at noon Nov. 28 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mark A. Mattice, 37, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 28 in Coxsackie and charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kirill Kush, 25, of Somerset, New Jersey, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Nov. 29 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Mariah Hope Plant, 27, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Nov. 29 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ian J. Lynch, 30, of Athens, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Nov. 29 in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jeannie Poole, 63, of Saugerties, was arrested at 6 p.m. Nov. 28 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Spencer Gordon Sutton, 27, of Athens, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 23 in Athens and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Andrew A. Gere, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Nov. 23 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kenneth L. Farwell Jr., 56, of Cairo, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. Nov. 19 in Durham and charged with second-degree failure to obey an executive mandate, a class A misdemeanor. He was held without bail.
