n Nicholas W. Martin, 41, of East Durham, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. April 10 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ryan A. Bruckman, 26, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. April 12 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joshua V. Brooks, 27, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. April 11 in Coxsackie and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Darryl Cintron, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. April 14 in Catskill and charged with false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Peter M. Nielsen, 55, of Cornwallville, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. April 15 in Durham and charged with second-degree strangulation, a class D felony; third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both class A misdemeanors. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Daniel J. Green, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. April 16 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

n Jason A. Nichols, 36, of Nassau, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. April 17 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Shiann Zarcone, 19, of Ravena, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. April 18 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ashley C. Ether, 32, of Acra, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. April 18 in Catskill and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Biagioni, 4, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. April 18 in Caskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies; resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Denise K. Lawlor, 52, of Acra, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. April 18 in Cairo and charged with assault, second-degree menacing, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Marvin D. Tefft, 63, of Athens, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. April 18 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of a bail bond.

n A 17-year-old male, of Palenville, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. April 18 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket,

n Brian J. Juman, 21, of Accord, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. April 18 in Cairo and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Vonyetta A. Dewitt, 33, of Albany, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. April 13 in Athens and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Rudy Alvarado, 49, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. April 15 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; refusing to take a breathalyzer and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Wade J. Hastings, 22, of Earlton, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. April 13 in Earlton and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
