n Daniel R. Lendin, 42, of Greenville, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. Feb. 12 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Elisabeth H. Darnell, 27, of Tannersville, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. Feb. 13 in Saugerties and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Andrew Lateer, 59, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Feb. 13 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kerri Cudemo, 40, of Hensonville, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Feb. 13 in Cairo and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Matthew J. Heimburge, 36, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Feb. 15 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jamie Fuentes-Lane, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Selina M. Angle, 55, of Tannersville, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Feb. 14 in Hunter and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, both unclassified misdemeanors; second-degree reckless endangerment and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n David P. Miller, 55, of New York, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Feb. 15 in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kevin R. Smalley, 52, of Schenectady, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Feb. 15 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Parrish S. Stinson, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Feb. 16 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mark A. Romine, 27, of Cairo, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Feb. 15 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Jasmine N. Curry, 28, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. Feb. 14 in Albany and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance with intent to sell and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies. She was held.

n Nashon A. Ramsey, 23, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. Feb. 16 in Athens and charged with first-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.
