State Police

Jeannie A. Halsted, 63, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. April 25 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Brian J. Creasey, 43, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. April 26 in Hunter and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was held on bail bond.

Kaylynn Rogers, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. April 27 in Cairo and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Anthony M. Dunckle, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. April 27 in Cairo and charged with three counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Ronald A. Suarez, 45, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. April 28 in Coxsackie and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Craig S. Dragon, 34, of Selkirk, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. April 29 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within in 10 years, a class E felony. Dragon’s arrestee status is currently unknown.

Jaime R. Moscoso, 50, of Coeymans, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. April 29 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Joseph J. Oper, 56, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. April 29 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: Per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Bryan J. Jeune, 23, of Leeds, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. April 29 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief of a property of over $250, first-degree criminal contempt with an order of a protection and an aggravated family offense, all class E felonies. He was held on bail bond.

Erin L. Cmuchowski, 23, of Chatham, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. April 30 in Ulster and charged with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Richard M. Caramanica, 21, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. April 30 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Octavioho Quiahua, 32, of Germantown, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. April 30 in Kingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

William B. Powell, 31, of Old Bethpage, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. April 30 in Catskill and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Alexander J. Sharp, 21, of Albany, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. May 1 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Jose M. Moralez Lopez, 42, of Schenectady, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. April 29 in Chatham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle using alcohol, a class E felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; an equipment violation of having a tinted windshield, a motor vehicle violation of having no license, a speed violation of speeding in a work zone and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infractions. He was held.

Catskill Police

Jeffrey Vandyk, 45, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. April 24 in Catskill and charged with first-degree rape with the actor being 17 years or older and the victim is under the age of 13 years old, first-degree criminal sex act with the actor being 18 years or older and the victim being less than 13 years old, both class B felonies and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old, a class A misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

Heidi Smith, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 1 p.m. April 24 in Catskill and charged with acting in a manner injurious to child less than 17 years old, a class A misdemeanor. She had a court date set for May 5.

Kyle Dapson, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. April 25 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for May 11.

Michael Merchant, 33, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. April 26 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and taking a mentally ill person into custody, category 9. He had a court date set for May 25.

Donald P. Bersch, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. April 26 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for May 4.

Robert F. Pensterer, 51, of Kiskatom, was arrested at 9 p.m. April 29 in Catskill and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
