n Gregory W. Blanchard, 58, of Sterling, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Dec. 4 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kimberly G. Loucks, 38, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. Dec. 5 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael J. Manzo, 29, of Yonkers, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 5 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Christopher J. Rosino, 51, of Round Top, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. Dec. 6 in Saugerties and charged with criminal possession of narcotics, a class B felony, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Ericka Tomaszweski, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Dec. 6 in Saugerties and charged with criminal possession of narcotics, a class B felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Her arrestee status is unknown.

n Zachary Irizarry, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. Dec. 7 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of contraband in prison, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Paul Kozlowski, 31, of Livingston, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Dec. 8 in Cairo and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Devin M. Lasher, 21, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 8 in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Giovanni Fascella, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:39 a.m. Dec. 8 in Catskill and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony, and possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n A 12-year-old male of Athens was arrested at 5 p.m. Dec. 8 in Athens and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Diane E. Ball, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. Dec. 9 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Andrew T. Fortino, 27, of Cornwall-on-the-Hudson, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Dec. 8 in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell, a class B felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing of drug-related paraphernalia, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Steven A. Zelubowski, 30, of Acra, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Dec. 4 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Taylor J. Mattice, 24, of Jefferson, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Dec. 9 in Prattsville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n James G. Hernandez, 41, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Dec. 9 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both with prior convictions and classified as class E felonies; using a vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n John A. Williams, 59, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Nov. 30 in Greenville and charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a class E felony; third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, all unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kimberly M. Henderson, 30, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Dec. 2 in West Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor, and operating an uninspected vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.
