State police

Erick P. Dallas, 38, of Stockport, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. March 21 in Cairo and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Angelo J. Salvatore, 33, of East Durham, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. March 23 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

Loretta A. Corris, 70, of Glen Spey, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. March 23 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into prison, a class D felony; and fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, narcotic preparation, a class C felony. She was held.

Eliott L. Wynn, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. March 23 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance of narcotic drugs with intent to sell, a class B felony. He was held.

Donald W. Cornell, 79, of Gilboa, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. March 23 in Prattsville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

John R. Walker, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. March 24 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree criminal contempt by making physical contact, a class E felony; second-degree burglary, a class C felony; criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

Jose Dominguez, 34, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; driving while intoxicated using alcohol or drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, an infraction; and a speeding violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Maxwell C. Frechette, 30, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated, per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Stephen Ramos, 56, of Lanesville, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. March 26 in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held on bail bond.

Jerome Nesbit, 36, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. March 26 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.

Alex R. Oliva, 21, of Hempstead, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. March 26 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Randy B. Gudiel, 19, of Hempstead, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. March 26 in Coxsackie and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with cocaine, a class D felony. He was released to a third party.

Javier Gonzalez, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. March 26 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband to prisoners, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

Janet J. Williams, 21, of Albany, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Williams’ arrestee status is unknown.

Fernando Morales-Ojeda, 27, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. March 26 in Coeymans and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated, per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; crossing road hazard markings, an infraction; refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, an infraction; and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Catskill Police Department

Nicholas T. Cross, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. March 20 in Catskill and charged with displaying a forged certificate, an unclassified misdemeanor. He had a court date set for April 13 at 1 p.m.

John S. Joyce, 23, of Catskill was arrested at 2:14 a.m. March 26 in Catskill and charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. He was remanded to the Greene County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,500 bond.
