n Ryan J. Merchant, 32, of Chatham, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Nov. 10 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Bryan S. Smith, 32, of Claverack, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Nov. 10 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, manufacturing of drug-related paraphernalia and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Madison A. Kreutzer, 34, of Livingston, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Nov. 9 in Hudson and charged with first-degree attempted murder of a police officer, a class A felony. Her arrestee status is unknown.
