State police

n Katherine A. Morgan, 31, of Canaan was arrested March 10 at 9 p.m. in Canaan and charged with class U misdemeanor driving while intoxicated first offense, and the class U misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated with no priors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Rex Hansford, 35, of Niverville was arrested March 11 at 11:18 p.m. in Kinderhook and charged with a class U misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated first offense. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Edwin H. Garcia Lopez, 31, of Valatie was arrested March 13 at 10:50 p.m. in Kinderhook and charged with class E felony of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, class E felony of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent with prior incident, class E felony of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction in the last 10 years, and the class A misdemeanor of driving a vehicle without the use of an interlock system. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lisa M. Hazzard, 34, of Valatie was arrested on March 15 at 4:37 a.m. and charged with class E felony falsifying business records in the first degree, class A misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, and class A misdemeanor false report of an emergency in the third degree. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Daniel J. Repka, 25, of Valatie was arrested on March 15 at 4:37 a.m. and charged with class E felony falsifying business records in the first degree and class A misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Robert L. Bivins, 40, of New Lebanon was arrested March 16 at 6:30 p.m. in New Lebanon and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, disobeying the court, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mary P. MacGil, 33, of Kinderhook was arrested in Claverack on March 17 at 12:39 a.m. and charged with class U misdemeanor driving while intoxicated first offense. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Christopher P. Olsen, 29, of New York City was arrested in Valatie on March 21 at 9:39 a.m. and charged with class A misdemeanor criminal contempt in the second degree.

n Garrett M. Rossignol, 27, of Wolcott, Connecticut, was arrested in Ancram on March 21 at 11:55 p.m. and charged with class A misdemeanor reckless endangerment in the second degree, class A misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, class A misdemeanor resisting arrest, class A misdemeanor fleeing officer in motor vehicle in the third degree, and the unclassified misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated first offense. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Brandon D. Stubbs, 31, of North Egremont, Massachusetts, was arrested in Canaan on March 22 at 7:21 p.m. and charged with two counts class A misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and class A misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket.
