n Harper Michaels, 57 of Greenport, was arrested Oct. 13 at 9:26 p.m. in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Karlis Valujevs, 28 of Chatham, was arrested Oct. 14 at 12:24 a.m. in Ghent and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with no prior conviction and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Megan L. Moore, 61 of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested Oct. 12 at 2:01 a.m. in Germantown and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

An 18-year-old male of Germantown was arrested Oct. 14 at 7:26 p.m. in Livingston and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors, as well as operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Marie Howell, 32 of Catskill, was arrested Oct. 14 at 12:14 p.m. in Livingston and charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, a class E felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Kevin Pomplun, 47 of Greenport, was arrested Oct. 15 at 12:23 a.m. in Hudson and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

David W. Flood, 63 of Chatham, was arrested Oct. 16 at 7:20 p.m. in Kinderhook and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated per se. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Rahmel B. Silas, 21 of Brooklyn, was arrested Oct. 17 at 6:16 a.m. in Claverack and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Skyler M. Morrell, 23 of Bayville, New Jersey, was arrested Oct. 17 at 6:45 p.m. in Claverack and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court, a class A misdemeanor. Her arrestee status was not reported.

Bobby Lopez, 40 of New Lebanon, was arrested Oct. 17 at 10:50 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Daniel E. Hammon, 34 of Albany, was arrested Oct. 20 at 12:51 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with first-degree falsification of business records, a class E felony, and second-degree criminal impersonation of another person, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

Steven F. Boyle, 62 of Flagler Beach, Florida, was arrested Oct. 19 at 8:35 p.m. in Claverack and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Shawn E. Jerome, 47 of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested Oct. 19 at 9:46 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Tommie R. Parker, 37 of Valatie, was arrested Oct. 20 at 11:24 p.m. in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
