n Kate Finnegan-Prans, 36, of Germantown, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. Jan. 17 in Germantown and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ryan M. Ebert, 27, of New York, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Jan. 18 in Germantown and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n An 18-year-old male, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Jan. 21 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Clarence Risch Jr., 49, of Philmont, was arrested at 9:09 a.m. Jan. 17 in Greenport and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 10.

n Melissa Reilly, 37, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Jan. 14 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors, and failure to keep right, an infraction. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 27.

n Kevin P. Dunn, 35, of Tivoli, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Jan. 22 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kelsey M. Ferguson, 32, of Tivoli, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Jan. 22 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
