Brett A. Hall, 26, of Pine Plains was arrested Sept. 20 at 8:49 p.m. in Hudson and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Shana A. Dahl, 42, of Craryville was arrested Sept. 24 at 1:01 a.m. in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

William G. Garthaffner, 62, of Saugerties was arrested Sept. 24 at 4:11 p.m. in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Cody Curtis, 24, of Philmont was arrested Sept. 25 at 2:10 a.m. in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Timothy F. Chambers, 31, of Hillsdale was arrested Sept. 25 at 8:56 p.m. in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated per se, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Christy M. Kung, 33, of Albany was arrested Sept. 25 at 11:01 p.m. in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Oreste Cipolla, 45, of Hudson was arrested Sept. 26 at 2:19 a.m. in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Michael T. Ferrari, 60, of Hastings on Hudson was arrested Sept. 25 at 11:33 p.m. in Hudson and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Robert H. Wilson, 65, of Hudson was arrested Sept. 26 at 9:30 a.m. in Hudson and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
