Pacheo, 37, of Albany, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. Nov. 21 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Osvaldo Rivera, 29, of Leominster, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. Nov. 23 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jonathan Gomez, 20, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Nov. 24 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n James F. Gaudiosi, 26, of Chatham, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 23 in Chatham and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; disorderly conduct, a violation; and a seat-belt violation, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Oscar Gomez, 23, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 23 in Valatie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and aggravated DWI with a child, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ashley A. Terry, 33, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Nov. 24 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, and moving from a lane unsafely and traveling at an imprudent speed, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jonathan B. Hover, 46, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Nov. 23 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; failure to keep right, crossing road hazard markings and speeding, all infractions. He was released on his own recognizance.
