n Javone T. Coleman, 23, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Oct. 21 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Dennis E. Peduzzi, 62, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. Oct. 18 in Albany and charged with driving while intoxicated and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

n Harvey R. Bishop, 34, of Ghent, was arrested at 10 p.m. Oct. 21 in Ghent and charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, an unclassified misdemeanor, and second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lamaar J. Porter, 31, of Craryville, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. Oct. 23 in Taghkanic and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n A 17-year-old male of Athens was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 24 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n John A. Goold, 20, of North Chatham, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Oct. 24 in Valatie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Oscar Gil-Ramirez, 28, of New York, New York, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Oct. 24 in Gallatin and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Deybi Gonzalez De La Cru, 24, of East Chatham, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Oct. 24 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and aggravated DWI with a child, a class E felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Joseph M. Terrell, 32, of East Nassau, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Oct. 25 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ashley Bartosik, 33, of North Adams, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 25 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Patrick J. Winters, 49, of West Stockbridge, Massachusettss, was arrested at 9 p.m. Oct. 25 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Keojhi T. Branch, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Oct. 27 in Ghent and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Christopher Rowan, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. Oct. 20 in Philmont and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was held without bail.

n Ryan Prosser, 46, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. Oct. 22 in Greenport and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to return to court Nov. 23.

n Joshua Charron, 23, of Philmont, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 23 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to return to court Nov. 17.
