n Leigh E. Sirianni, 38, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Jan. 7 in Durham and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief, all class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.
n David F. Radovich, 72, of Carmel, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. Jan. 7 in Gallatin and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Ariel Santos, 30, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Jan. 8 in Livingston and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Santino J. Messer, 30, of Dalton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Jan. 8 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Olivia A. Houghtaling, 21, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:37 am. Jan. 10 in Stockport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.
n Naka S. McCalop, 45, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 9 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Daniel Muniz, 27, of Chatham, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 10 in Chatham and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
n James H. Woolard, 65, of Germantown, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. Jan. 6 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing, all class A misdemeanors. He is scheduled to appear in court April 1.
