n James J. Davison, 41, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Oct. 15 in Gallatin and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jonathan P. Welch, 27, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 2 p.m. Oct. 15 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Silvia Cordero, 33, of Valatie, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 17 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Nicholas VanKeuren, 25, of Stephentown, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 17 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
