n Angela B. Thearle, 27, of Kinderhook, was arrested Feb. 6 at 2:07 a.m. in Levittown and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with no priors and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Bryan A. Tumolo-Congiunti, 23, of Mahopac, was arrested Feb. 6 at 7:25 p.m. in Taghkanic and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Seth Powell, 31, of Chatham, was arrested Feb. 6 at 8:20 p.m. in Ghent and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 first offense and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Brian Baccaro, 48, of Valatie, was arrested Feb. 6 at 7:38 p.m. in Chatham and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. His arrest status is unknown.

n Myron A. Moore, 32, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 8 at 3:36 p.m. in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony; third-degree robbery, a class D felony; second-degree robbery causing physical injury, a class C felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Myron Moore, 62, of Valatie, was arrested Feb. 9 at 6:43 p.m. in Philmont and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Charles J. Olivett, 56, of Round Top, was arrested Feb. 10 at 3:00 p.m. in Hudson and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and first-degree driving while ability impaired special vehicle, first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Scott P. Hapeman, 50, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 10 at 5:59 p.m. in Livingston and charged with third-degree burglary, illegal entry with intent, a class D felony. He is being held.

n Ryan M. Fair, 23, of Rensselaer, was arrested Feb. 10 at 11:06 p.m. in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 first offense and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Bobby Lopez, 40, of New Lebanon, was arrested Feb. 11 at 1:05 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, disobeying the court, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Alexander Hall, 29, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 11 at 3:09 p.m. in Greenport and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ian W. Clyde, 43, of Craryville, was arrested Feb. 11 at 11:18 p.m. in Claverack and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 first offense and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Raymond A. Larsen, 38, of Greenport, was arrested Feb. 13 at 1:40 a.m. in Hudson and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 first offense and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kacie L. Hoyt, 40, of Stuyvesant, was arrested Feb. 13 at 8:33 p.m. in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mark J. Brennan, 58, of Danbury, Connecticut, was arrested Feb. 13 at 4:16 p.m. in New Lebanon and charged with fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with no priors and reckless driving, all unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Randall J. Avalle, 30, of Lee, Massachusetts, was arrested Feb. 17 at 1:23 a.m. in New Lebanon and charged with a blood alcohol level of .08 first offense and driving while intoxicated first offense, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
