Mosley, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 8 in Germantown and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Meredith S. McSpirit, 24, of Kingston, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 8 in Germantown and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n David Andino, 48, of Albany, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 9 in Livingston and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n James A. Farron, 48, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. Jan. 10 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n James B. Overmars, 31, of Brookfield, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. Jan. 11 in Ghent and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Vincent J. Skeltis, 43, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Jan. 11 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, all class A misdemeanors. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Gary T. Williams, 24, of Chatham, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Jan. 11 in Chatham and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Thomas P. Golden, 36, of Copake, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 12 in Hillsdale and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Joseph I. Nicoletti, 19, of Gallatin, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. Jan. 12 in Gallatin and charged with fourth-degree stalking, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Amie Kohler, 36, of Hyde Park, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Jan. 3 in Hudson and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 9.

n Fred Dickens III, 51, of Valatie, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Dec. 31 in Kinderhook and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors, and failure to keep right, an infraction. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14.
