n Andy R. Rodriguez-Reimundi, 21, of Amsterdam, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. April 2 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Andrew J. Creamer, 51, of Stephentown, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. April 4 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

n Troy D. Kaiser, 52, of Litchfield, Connecticut, was arrested at 4 p.m. April 5 in Chatham and charged with reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and reckless driving, all unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jeremy D. Becker, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 5 p.m. April 2 in Stockport and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Heather L. Allen, 38, of Philmont, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. April 6 in Philmont and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n A 13-year-old male of New Lebanon was arrested at 3 p.m. April 8 in New Lebanon and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, and fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Micaela E. McClinton, 27, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. April 9 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jennifer M. Stagias, 39, of Elizaville, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. April 10 in Livingston and charged with second-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both class C felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n James J. Stagias, 32, of Elizaville, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. April 10 in Livingston and charged with second-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both class C felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jeff E. Lasher, 19, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. April 10 in Clermont and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Brandon M. Schnapp, 20, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. April 10 in Clermont and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Austin Zukowski, 19, of Ghent, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. April 7 in Ghent and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Evan P. Messinger, 61, of Ghent, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. April 12 in Ghent and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Gerald Dymond Jr., 51, of Claverack, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. April 1 in Chatham and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court May 6.

n Willie Simon, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. April 6 in Greenport and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court May 29.

n Shawn Szepessy, 35, of Stockport, was arrested at 5 p.m. April 7 in Stockport and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. He is scheduled to appear in court May 29.
