n Hunter W. Ordway, 22, of Old Chatham, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 11 in Nassau and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Peter F. Volkmann, 54, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 6 p.m. Feb. 10 in Livingston and charged with second-degree grand larceny and second-degree government corruption, both class C felonies; first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony; and official misconduct, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Tanisha L. Loheit, 35, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Feb. 14 in Hunter and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jamie R. Garcia, 30, of Ghent, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. Feb. 12 in Durham and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Rose Vanalphen, 59, of Stockport, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Feb. 12 in Livingston and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ivan P. Salgado, 26, of College Point, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 12 in Gallatin and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Michael A. Reid, 23, of New York, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Feb. 13 in Gallatin and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Earl J. Bradway, 38, of Nassau, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Feb. 13 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal contempt and acting in a manner to injure a child, all class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Michael L. Russo, 41, of Delmar, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Feb. 15 in Stockport and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n A 17-year-old male of Stuyvesant was arrested at 3 p.m. Feb. 15 in Livingston and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n A 17-year-old male of Claverack was arrested at 3:28 p.m. Feb. 15 in Claverack and charged with criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Latoya M. Moore, 33, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 16 in Austerlitz and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance, both class C felonies; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class E felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Danyell D. Johnson, 27, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 16 in Austerlitz and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal contempt, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Todd A. Lane, 30, of Greenport, was arrested at 8 p.m. Feb. 16 in Greenport and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Ian J. Burke, 19 of Albany, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Feb. 16 in New Lebanon and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Daniel Cronin, 27, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Jan. 30 in Claverack and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and moving from a lane unsafely, an infraction. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 9.

n Michael Grimaldi, 49, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Feb. 1 in Hillsdale and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon silencer and third-degree criminal possession of a three or more illegal weapons, both class D felonies. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

n Bradley Briggs, 30, of Niverville, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. Feb. 6 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held without bail.

n Michael Hurst, 35, of Stottville, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 7 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 22.

n Ram Kapica, 26, of the Bronx, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Feb. 9 in Taghkanic and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 18.
