n Eric G. Smith, 26, of Greenport, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. March 6 in Greenport and charged with criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.
n Jemel D. Green, 44, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. March 6 in Kinderhook and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony; second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; and operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Joseph Madera, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. March 8 in Greenport and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both with previous convictions and classified as class E felonies. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Augustin M. Brodeur, 26, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. March 9 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
n Michael K. Osafo, 27, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. March 9 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Sylvester Collins, 60, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. March 13 in Greenport and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, a class C felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
