n Ryan K. Matson, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. May 10 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both with previous convictions and classified as class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Rebecca F. Austin, 29, of Greenville, was arrested at 3 a.m. May 8 in Cornwall and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in court June 10 at 4 p.m.

Leon, 30, of Leeds, was arrested at 3 a.m. May 8 in Cornwall and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class B felonies; tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; resisting arrest, second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. He was held.
