ALBANY — Legislation inducting the Durham Valley Scenic Byway of Greene County part of the New York State Scenic Byways System has “crossed the finish line,” 102nd District Assemblyman Chris Tague said Tuesday.

Its official conclusion was marked by a ceremony recognizing the bill on location with all those responsible for making it happen, Tague spokesman Gregory Cornelius said. They received a citation, a copy of the actual bill and the pen Gov. Kathy Hochul used to sign the bill.
