Catskill issues order to boil water

File photo The village of Catskill on Wednesday issued a boil water order to all village water customers because of this week's heavy rain.

CATSKILL — A boil water order has been issued for all customers of the village of Catskill water system, according to the village clerk’s office. Due to recent heavy rainfall, the village issued the boil water order for drinking water and cooking water. The order is in effect until further notice.

I don't live in the Village of Catskill, but what a poor excuse for a story that has so much affect on the families and businesses that are on the Village water system. I can understand the initial story being brief, but no follow-up? Quotes from Village PW Officials? Estimated of the duration? Cause???
