RHINEBECK — A Stockport man has been charged with rape, according to State Police Troop-K public information officer Aaron Hicks.
Following an investigation into an incident that was reported on June 25 in Rhinebeck, Jeremy J. Cramer, 20, was arrested by state police on June 26, at about 1:30 p.m. and charged with third-degree rape, a class E felony, Hicks said.
Cramer was arraigned in Rhinebeck Town Court by acting Judge John Kane and released upon his own recognizance, pending a future court appearance, Hicks said.
