Lebanon Valley Seniors

NEW LEBANON — Lebanon Valley Seniors meet at 1 p.m. the first and third Fridays of the month at the New Lebanon Firehouse. Upcoming events at this time include a 3-day Amish trip Aug. 25 through Aug. 27. Amish trip includes Sight & Sound Theater, visits to Good & Plenty and the Amish stores. Tri-Village Seniors

VALATIE — The Tri-Village Seniors now meet at 1 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Route 9, Valatie. Joyce, our trip coordinator, has been busy working on some trips for us. Come to the meeting and find out what’s in store for the rest of the year in the way of trips. Barbara will have some information on our annual Christmas party.

Farmers Market certificates will available 2-3 p.m. July 28 at Martin H. Glynn on Church Street in Valatie. This will be a drive through like last year. If you can obtain your certificates else where at an

earlier date please feel free to do so.

Ukulele Jam Returns on the Library Lawn at 10:30 a.m. Saturdays. Sing, strum, play! It’s more fun to play in a group. All ages are welcome to our Ukulele Jams, led by Carmen Borgia, singer, songwriter and ukulele player extraordinaire! Leave your inhibition at home. Ukes will be available, including several you can borrow to take home.

SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Ageless Dancer Summer 2021 Session 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesdays on Zoom Aug. 3, 10, 24, 31. ary Anne Fantauzzi will teach 6 classes of The Ageless Dancer Barre & Balance during July and August. This classical ballet technique class will be done standing in order to increase core stability and balance. The virtual class on Zoom is designed for all level participants. Please have a chair, counter, or barre to hold onto. Recommended footwear includes ballet slippers, yoga socks with tread, or split-soled sneakers. Fitness attire is suggested.
