NEW LEBANON — Three people have been arrested in connection with a burglary in New Lebanon following an investigation, Aaron Hicks, public information officer for State Police Troop K, said Wednesday.

Dustin M. Mossey, 37, of New Lebanon; Brittany F. Simon, 32, of New Lebanon; and Donna J. Ryan, 54, of Troy; were all charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, Hicks said.

On Jan. 3, troopers responded to a residence on Route 20 after receiving a report of a burglary.

The three people are accused of stealing furniture and electronic devices, Hicks said.

All three were arraigned in Town of New Lebanon Court and released on their own recognizance. They are scheduled to appear in court again April 8.
